Resideo Promotions Products Guidelines:

  • To maintain the quality, integrity and proper use of our trademarks, Barker Speciality is the approved corporate vendor for Resideo and Honeywell Home merchandise. Employees, partners and others do not have rights to use those trademark logos printed on merchandise created by other vendors without prior approval from Resideo leadership.
  • The Honeywell Home trademark is used under license from Honeywell International Inc.
  • Honeywell Home promotional items should be limited in use and only be used by sales professionals or other representatives specifically selling and marketing products as per the trademark agreement with Honeywell. An example would be for a trade show.
  • Company paid purchases for employees are not allowed at this time. Employees can buy for themselves paid by their personal funds.
  • Merchandise for events and tradeshows must be approved by event leadership. The business would purchase items utilizing a PO aligned with the PO process.
  • Sales Rep purchases for customers need manager approvals.
  • Partners should abide by the terms of their existing channel partner policies (ex for MDF) related to merchandise.
